Procore Integration Setup Guide

The Firmus AI-REVIEW TM integration with Procore ® is designed to simplify the RFI process. The new feature enables users to select identified design issues, or group multiple issues, into an RFI that automatically opens in the user’s Procore project.

In Procore

Install the Firmus App in Procore

1. Navigate to the Procore Marketplace.
2. Click Log In. Enter your Procore credentials and click Log In again.

• If you are a Company Admin in more than one company, you will be prompted to select the company you want to install the App in.

3. Search for Firmus and click on the Firmus app tile.

4. Click Install App.

5. Click Install to confirm your selection.
   You will be guided through the remaining installation steps.

In Procore (continued)

Create a Global Permission Template

1. Navigate to the company’s Permissions tool.
2. Click the Project Permissions Templates tab.
3. Click +Create Project Permissions Template and select Project (Global) - Assignable to All Projects.
4. Enter a name for the template, (ie., firmus-rfi-permission-template) in the ‘Create Global Permissions Template’ window and click Confirm.

• You will be redirected to the ‘Edit Template’ page for your new permissions template.

5. In the permissions table, scroll down to Project Management.
6. Under Project Management, select Standard for RFIs

In Firmus

Install the Firmus App in Procore

1. Login to Firmus
2. In your profile Settings, click on Settings
3. Under Integrations, Procore, click Login and login to your Procore account
4. After being redirected back to Firmus, you’ll be presented with a Companies dropdown menu. Select your desired company for integration and click Save
5. Navigate to the project you wish to integrate with Procore
6. On the Issue Mitigation page, select the issue(s) you want to export and then click on the Add to RFI Cart button and select the desired project from the dropdown list. Complete the required information and click Draft RFI. Your Draft RFI can now be found in Procore’s RFI list. You will also see an indicator in the Firmus issue list next to the issue(s) you exported as an RFI.
